Welcome to on-line entry for the Polk County 4-H Fair

Common names - When an exhibitor has a common name please add middle initial to the field with the first name. In ShoWorks the exhibitor name is unique.

(Example : "First Name"- John L, "Last Name"- Smith)

Entering your projects online is ONLY step #1. When you are done, go back to the Polk County Fair page to complete any additional steps.

Click on Sign In in the top right hand corner.

See the tip for submitting entries if you’ll be submitting entries for more than one person. Example: a family with more than one child in 4-H.

2. If you’re submitting for one exhibitor only, choose Exhibitor. Enter your first and last name and choose I am a new exhibitor this year (you will be new each year). Be sure to capitalize your first and last name correctly. Do not use all caps please.

3. Remember or write down your password. You will be able to add and review your entries with this information until 12midnight on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

4. Once you confirm your registration info, you can start completing your entries. Choose the Department, then Division and all of the available classes will show in a list.

You must enter your 4-H Club info for each division. You may enter different 4-H Clubs for different divisions.

Pay attention to the Special Instructions at the top of the page in each Division. They’ll remind you of important entry requirements.

5. Once you are done entering classes, hit continue and go to the “Checkout”. You’ll be able to review your classes and a copy will be emailed to you AFTER you check out. Make sure you don't leave until you submit your cart. It’s a good idea to forward a copy of this email to your leader for them to look over.
